When you enroll, you receive immediate access to digital training materials, including lessons, videos, e-books, workbooks and downloadable resources. Because this content is delivered right away and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges once payment is made.

• Courses that are partly used or not used at all
• A change of mind or a change in your schedule
• Not finishing the course, or not passing a quiz or exam
